Channel Form Display Error - Delete Button hidden

Description

Hello, we are using ansel in a channel form and it works great but the delete button is not showing up - instead there is just a bullet in that column. Any idea what could be causing this?

    It sounds like there has been a CSS change on EE's side that I was unaware of and haven't tested in a while. I'll look into this as soon as I can.

    I have not been able to reproduce this issue:

    Are you using <link href="{path='css/_ee_channel_form_css'}" type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" media="screen"> in the <head> of the document?

    Are there any JS errors on the developer console?

    Yes, we do have the channel form css call in the head of the page. No, I don't see any errors in the console. I took a screenshot and uploaded it here so you could take a look: https://axiom.congressgct.org/images/ansel-delete-error.png
